This website, the book Date 96 and the intentional dating coaching programs offered here are provided by Anya Duggan (“we”, “us”, “our”). When you buy a book, join a cohort or book coaching through this site, your agreement is with us.
By using this website or buying anything from it, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site or place an order.
Who can buy
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. If you are buying on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so. Please give accurate details at checkout — especially your email address and delivery address, because we use them to send your materials and your order.
What you are buying
- Date 96 (paperback): a physical copy of the book, posted to the delivery address you give at checkout.
- The Dating Experiment (cohort): a place in a group coaching program, including the program materials, workbooks and the live sessions described on the program page at the time of purchase.
- Blueprint Intensive: a one-to-one intensive session plus the accompanying materials.
- Private coaching: a fixed block of one-to-one coaching sessions over the period described on the coaching page.
Free resources — the readiness scorecard, the sample chapter and email updates — are provided as-is for general information.
Coaching is not therapy
Anya Duggan is a coach, not a therapist, psychologist or medical practitioner. Coaching, the book and everything on this site are educational and are not psychological, medical, legal or financial advice. They are not a substitute for professional care. You remain responsible for your own decisions, your own safety and your own outcomes, and we do not promise any particular result — including meeting a partner. If you are in distress or at risk, please contact a qualified health professional or, in Australia, Lifeline on 13 11 14.
Payment, tax and billing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless stated otherwise, and applicable taxes are calculated and collected by Paddle at checkout. Payment, invoicing, billing frequency, cancellations and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our programs and the book are one-off purchases — we do not put you on a recurring subscription. Access to a program begins once your payment is completed.
For refunds, see our refund policy.
Delivery of the book
We post paperbacks to the address you provide. Please check it carefully — we cannot be responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees, and depend on the postal service.
Your use of the materials
We keep ownership of everything we create: the book, program materials, workbooks, recordings, worksheets, this website, its copy and our branding. When you buy, you get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use those materials for your own dating life. You must not copy, resell, redistribute, publish, share logins for, or run your own program from our materials, and you must not reverse engineer or strip protections from anything we provide.
Group and session conduct
Group coaching only works if it is safe. What other participants share stays in the room. Harassment, abuse, discrimination, recording sessions without consent or disclosing another participant’s story outside the group are not acceptable, and may end your participation.
Rescheduling and missed sessions
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to move a one-to-one session. Sessions missed without notice are treated as delivered. Where a cohort session is recorded, we will share the recording with participants who could not attend.
Acceptable use of this website
Do not use this site unlawfully, fraudulently or to send spam; do not infringe anyone’s intellectual property; and do not interfere with its security — no malware, probing, scanning, scraping or attempts to access areas or data that are not yours. Keep any credentials we give you confidential; you are responsible for activity under your account.
Availability
We work to keep the site and materials available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, pause or withdraw parts of the site, and we may update program content or session scheduling where we need to — without reducing what you paid for in substance.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to a program, the group or the site if you materially breach these terms, do not pay, create a security or fraud risk, or seriously or repeatedly breach the conduct expectations above. Where we end access for one of these reasons, refunds are handled in line with our refund policy and Paddle’s policies. The clauses on intellectual property, liability and governing law continue to apply after your access ends.
Warranties and liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, and other than the guarantees you have under the Australian Consumer Law which cannot be excluded, we exclude all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or special loss, including lost profits, lost data or loss of goodwill. Where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
Your indemnity
You agree to cover us for claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the site or materials, your breach of these terms, or content you submit through the site.
Privacy
How we handle personal information is set out in our privacy policy.
Other terms
You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a sale or restructure of the business. Neither side is responsible for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. If a clause is unenforceable, the rest still applies. We may update these terms, and the version published here at the time of your purchase is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have jurisdiction over any dispute. Before starting proceedings, please contact us so we can try to sort it out directly.
